Audible Call Alert
This is designed to assist you in managing your call queue during busy periods.
Essentially, it is something that allows you to setup an audible alert that will go off when certain conditions are met i.e. when there are more than 5 callers in a queue.
How to set up the call alert
Open up babblevoice desktop and click in the search bar at the top of the screen to bring up the menu options:
Click on General: Configure and this will open up the config box.
Scroll down to the bottom of the box until you see the following and then click on the air horn symbol:
Choose which sound you would like played when your phone is ringing, then click the Enable Queue sound alerts button to bring up the following options:
Sound Choose which sound you would like played for your alert.
Play Decide how often you would like the alert to be played.
Strategy & Backlog This is where you decide when you would like the alert to be played. The choices are from number of callers in a queue or related to how long they have been waiting.
Click Close when you have finished and you have now set up the alert!
